Crafting a Festive Christmas Charcuterie Board
With Christmas just a few days away, we all know what that means: so many Christmas festivities and gatherings! I know this time can be the busiest season and that’s why I’m hoping this easy little DIY will be a perfect go-to for you this holiday season. I know Charcuterie boards are always a fan favorite, especially in our household. I hope this Christmas inspired board, filled with all the cheese and fruit goodness, will the be talk of your next Christmas gathering.
Ingredients:
Salami
Sliced Pepperoni
Prosciutto
Rosemary
Seriously Sharp Cheese
Extra Sharp Cheese
Pomegranate Seeds
Raspberries
Pepper Jack Cheese
Jelly
Your favorite Christmas platter
Let's Get Started!
Step 1: Choose your favorite Christmas platter to put all your goodies on.
Step 2: Start by placing your cheeses scattered around the board. I decided to slice some into fun triangles and the rest into rectangles to mix it up.
Step 3: Next, add all of your salami, pepperoni, and prosciutto onto your board. I choose to add in a pepperoni rose and roll up some prosciutto pieces.
Step 4: Place your pomegranate seeds and raspberries. These fun fruits add in the Christmas colors to make your board pop!
Step 5: Add in your favorite jam to pair with all the yummy food you’ve just placed onto your board.
Step 6: Add in small sprigs of rosemary to garnish the board. Now, your Christmas Charcuterie Board is ready to impress your guests!
