St. Patricks Day Charcuterie

It’s no secret that Charcuterie Boards are my go to. They are the perfect food dish to be able to have fun with and theme for any occasion. Of course with St. Patty’s Day right around the corner I had to make a green themed board. Lucky for you I listed everything I used below so you can make this St. Patricks day extra fun!!

Ingredients:

  • Mozzarella Cheese

  • Camembert Cheese

  • Mild Cheddar with Sage (Green Cheese)

  • Brie Cheese

  • White Cheddar Cheese

  • Greta Crackers

  • Gold Chocolate Coins

  • Pistachios

  • Green Apple

  • Lucky Crunch Snack Mix

  • Grapes

  • Mini Cucumber

  • Cucumber

  • Kiwi

  • Pickles

  • Green Olives

  • Bagel Chips

For a fun little unique twist I wanted to add on some cucumber roses. These were a fun little unique piece to add to the board and sooooo easy!! (I found this worked way better on the regular size cucumbers)

Step 1 - Slice a good size section off of the end of your cucumber. This will stand as the base to hold it.

Step 2 - Take your end cap you just cut and carve out the middle of it.

Step 3 - Take the rest of your cucumber and make super thin slices so that when you roll it the slices won’t break!!

Step 4 - Fan our and lay your slices on top of each other and then roll then all up together.

Step 5 - Place your rolled up cucumbers in the hole you cut out in your base and then spread out to create the healthiest looking rose you’ve ever seen :)

**I’ve attached some pictures below for you to reference for a clearer picture**

After you gather your ingredients and figure out what unique elements you might want to add the fun really begins. I love just starting to create a fun board and seeing where it goes. There’s endless possibilities that you could do for your board. If you try out a fun board be sure to share it with me so I can see your fun take on a board!! I hope this board gives you a fun idea for your next dish and whatever your occasion may be you can never go wrong with your lucky Charcuterie board!

XOXO - Amanda
